There is no "primary" node.
What do you mean you have "rexed" proxmox? Reinstalled? If so: Remove the old node from the cluster and add the new one. Just follow the guide:

Also the two qnaps won't be able to do HA even if you have 3PVE servers. You'd need to ensure that the data is always in sync which is (afaik) not possible with qnap.

Hi, the host is only at 45% IO (maximum value btw), the VM is always at 100%. This is why I'm a little dumbfolded.
