Have some examples every day no way to block them. Can't adjust much custom scores to block...
Here another example send from Microsoft servers so I can't use DNSBL as I will also block legitimate mail...

Same problem here. I have used a lot of my time to try and fine tune proxmox for our mailflow and still can't get detection rate to be better. You can also test your proxmox with https://emailsecuritytester.com/ and see what score you will get. Yes you can say they tune this test for their...
If you need to check logs go to https://1.2.3.4:8006/#pmgServerAdministration:logs (Administration-Syslog)
Looks like a parsing problem on tracking center. It will be fixed I guess.
Hello,
Got a request that we have to enforce only TLS connection security for inbound and outbound connections for a domain.
For outbound connections I think I can just add via Configuration-MailProxy-TLS-TLS Destination Policy.
How to add for inbound connections? As far as I see the setting...
I already had open-vm-tools installed and we also are running on vmware (vSphere Client version 6.7.0.46000).
open-vm-tools is already the newest version (2:11.2.5-2).
VMware Tools: Running, version:11333 (Guest Managed)
@Stoiko Ivanov what is the maximum recommended value for maxspamsize and what would happen if the maxspamsize value is lower then the message size? Will the message be rejected for delivery or just delivered without scanning?
I am OK with lowering the value if this means that the messages will...
@Stoiko Ivanov when I try to send you a message I get this "You may not start a conversation with the following recipients: Stoiko Ivanov.". Are the conversations actually private? I would send you my pmg configuration and the message that started this error if the messages are private.
I mixed...
I do have custom spamassassin rules that I configured via pmg gui. I need them without them the detection is not good enough. DNS does work I might even setup dedicated DNS servers just for this server. Something to do in the future.
I set smtpd_proxy_timeout in the main.cf.in template and run...
@Stoiko Ivanov thank you. I have temporary disabled clamav and I see that message is now processed OK and finally delivered. Will enable clamav back again.
Can we increase the processing timeout for clamav and pmg-smtp-filter? I have already tried the...
I am experiencing the same error again. The message that triggered this error was 8MB message with around 90 excel attachments I am guessing that clamav could not process the message and now we are getting delivery errors every 5 minutes. Tried restart, changing the values of clamav to higher...
I managed to do this with a simple bash script and it does exactly what I wanted. I modified the original script to send information about the queue in the body.
This link was very helpful: https://mailmum.io/posts/monitoring-postfix-email-queue-with-push-notifications/
Here info about the...
We have plenty of resources on our servers so this should not be a problem. Also I see no reason why should a message even if it's big be processed for more then a few seconds. If it takes more then 10 seconds there is something wrong with the way the processing works or with some rule or...
Yes that's right I just have updated no issue with that as I have templates setup ever change still applied. I hope this version fixes the issues we had with some messages not processing properly error Out: 451 4.3.0 Error: queue file write error.
Thanks @Stoiko Ivanov it's all fine we are just forwarding email for that domain to our servers that is why the SPF is fail. They have their own filter we just host email from them and we use pmg to forward their email to our server.
I will have to do spamassassin configuration also for AWL...
Here example if I search for SA score=9/5 we have one server whitelisted as you see from the log the message is send from the server that is whitelisted:
Sep 13 08:02:48 server postfix/smtpd[346904]: connect from ptr[1.2.3.4]
Sep 13 08:02:49 server postfix/smtpd[346904]: Anonymous TLS...
