Template with Cloud-Init disk does not work properly after upgrade.

I also have this issue, which is not convenient. In addition, the cloned vm in the GUI says : 'No CloudInit Drive found'. So should we open an issue on qemu-server as reverting solved the issue ? bugtracker for qemu is here : https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/ EDIT: where is the bug tracked and...

Proxmox 6 - Ceph MDS stuck on creating

the orignal pool used osd_pool_default_min_size = 2 osd_pool_default_size = 3 then I changed to 1/1 (I know this is bad but this is a test cluster of one device) and the MDS status changed from creating to active.

[SOLVED] add a cephfs mount after creation

Hi, I have a cephfs ready, but not locally mounted and I could not find documentation about this. I would like to mount it locally (like the --add-storage option which did fail for me) Is there a command from Proxmox or should I mount it locally on each host manually ? Thanks !

Proxmox 6 - Ceph MDS stuck on creating

OK, I figured out that the pool replication was not properly sized (so in my case the replication level was not good), and when the min_size did change, it went to active, and then the cephfs was functionnal.

I ran into this issue as well, the MDS is always in up:creating status, and the cephfs does not create with the ' Need MDS to add storage, but none got active!' message Could you find the cause of the issue ?

    [SOLVED] cannot remove MDS

I could workaround the issue by creating it again on the proper host, then the Host field is correct. Then Destroying it was possible.

    [SOLVED] cannot remove MDS

Hello, I wanted to use the Cephfs (I'm still testing proxmox for migrating from XCP-ng). I then wanted to remove everything, but I ended up with a standby MDS (only) and I cannot remove it. It seems to be that the Host is 'Unknown' and when I delete/stop it, I have : "entry has no host" I...

    [SOLVED] cannot snapshot EFI disk

Thanks ! Indeed I detached the disk, rebooted the VM and this was not used. I suppose I wanted to install the vm in UEFI but then reverted to a BIOS without removing the disk. Then I removed the EFI disk and I could snapshot the VM. Best Regards, Kifeo
