Hey, ya I have just been disabling the discard flag (requires reboot though of course) if I need to live migrate. I'm not sure what the fix is. Perhaps it has been fixed in a newer release. I suppose one of us should submit a bug ;)

Hello, I am wondering if since we're using local ZFS for our VM storage, should we set all Hard Disks to "SSD emulation"? I know on Windows, this stops things like defrag from running, which kills CoW storage like ZFS. Does it do something similar on linux guests? Are there any other ZFS best...

Will I then run apt update and apt dist-upgrade?

We have about 10 VMs per host, with ZFS for os and seperate volume for VMs, the two hosts clustered together for live migrations, and we run 600-700.

So I dist-update'd to "pve-kernel-5.0.21-4-pve: 5.0.21-9" on non-subscription. How would one "update" from this fully updated non-subscription, to enterprise? Just change the repo and run apt update and apt dist-upgrade? Or will I have to first downgrade?

I'm getting "TASK ERROR: timeout waiting on systemd" when trying to live migration one of the VMs (a few others migrated no problem). Do you think this is related, and thus I'll just have to go offline tonight for the changes?
