I used several lxc templates like: Debian 9.7, Debian 10, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and don't have network out of the box. I have other VM(ubuntu iso) and CT(turnkey oscommerce)' that had network right out of the box.
This is a 'ip a' command output it looks like ip4 is missing:
root@dockerbuntu:~# ip a...
That is quite weird. I download it from offical proxnox templates. Just after guest starts it take 100% of cpu and never end. Is there offical place where I can report this?
I have installed turnkey-oscommerce and after clear install I have jitterentropy-rngd process taking 100% cpu (top command). After I kill whole guest goes to 0.3% of cpu utilisation right after install.
What is the point of this process? Do I need it?
I would like to get some template with Ubuntu docker or Debian with docker out of box. I try to find it at Proxmox templates, but there is none.
Do you know where I can get it?
I download Ubuntu 20.04 LTS iso file and I've create Virtual Machine using Create VM. I heard that LXC container is faster, but I cannot make LXC contaier from .iso file.
1. Is it possible to create LXC from .iso at Proxmox?
1. What is the speed and CPU utilization difference between VM and CT...
Thank you for answer,
Do you think that general idea about having 3 guest virtual machines will work at laptop? Does booting process directly to ex : Pop_OS is possible?(without manually clicking at proxmox)
I would like to create laptop with three guest virtual mashines: Windows 10, Pop_os and ubuntu server. Is it possible to get passthrough nvidia support, so I can work directly at laptop with no external hardware at Windows 10 with native Nvidia native performance using Proxmox VE?
Hello,
