Understandable, I just wasn't sure what information was required.

My apologies; the external HDD is connected to the server, on which runs a LXC container with another external HDD with passthrough.
So it happens from a physical machine to a container.
I can copy the internal SSD just fine though. I guess the problem is the external HDD, but why?
It's a LXC container, all happening on a local network (within the same server, even(. I tried 10 times, keeps giving the same error on different files.
Hi,
I am unable to backup from 1 external HDD to another external HDD:
append chunks list len (64)
HTTP/2.0 connection failed
"Filepath"
catalog upload error - channel closed
I am however able to backup the root disk to the external HDD, and can also backup about 10 LXC containers.
Please...
Are there any guides on how to restore the backup, or a specific command?
Would you use `pct restore` for this? It isn't a .tar.gz file of course, but a pxar file.
Thank you in advance!
I might be a little late to the party, however:
I ran in the same issue, but figured it out. You need to use the name which is used in `/etc/corosync/corosync.conf`.
root@debian10-test:~# cat /etc/corosync/corosync.conf

debug: off
to_syslog: yes

Hi,
I have a new server, bigger, better, more disk space.
I have a cluster with the old and new server.
Now I have to migrate the data of 1 VM on disk called "storage" to the new server where the disk is called "DATA".
How would I do this? If I try the normal right click option, it says...
Sorry to bother you, but it seems it was mounted as read-only somehow.
If I check the newly added disk in the container, it's owned by nobody:nogroup, and I am unable to make any changes.
The disk itself is fine, on the host I can see it as root:root and make/edit files.
I already tried setting...
Hi,
I have an external HDD which I need to mount to a LXC container.
Simple question, how do I do this without losing data?
In the proxmox web interface I can add it as storage, but I'm afraid it will format the data..
Please let me know, thank you!
Hi. We're setting op a Proxmox environment as thusfar Proxmox has worked great for us when deploying single VM's.
We now want to upscale our Proxmox and start using Proxmox 5. However the thing we ran into is that we have to manually deploy the Virtual Machines. Deploy the template, change...
I thought VMBR was required by Proxmox to assign IP addresses.
I'm planning on using this with WHMCS to automatically assign IP addresses.
But it doesn't explain the 'slow connection' right?
Currently there are no VM's on the cluster (as I haven't have Ceph yet working), below netuse.txt...
Hi,
Okay. I tried to get it working with 2 NIC's but wasn't able to get it working...:
unfortunately for some reason I am not getting any speed above 100Mb/s.
My config is as follow:
/# cat /etc/network/interfaces
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
iface eno1 inet manual
iface eno2 inet manual...
Hi guys.
I'm setting up a new Proxmox cluster with Ceph with 3 Dell PowerEdge R610's.
I'm planning on running an internal network which is only available when connected to a VPN and was planning it for using it to connect to the nodes in the cluster.
And an external network on which customers...
