Okay. So simply said:
I setup a KVM with CentOS. Redid everything and fun fact:
The node could connect.
However, the second node with errors cannot connect to it. At all.
How come?
(This is just a test scenario, I would not run a nfs server inside a container)

I have exactly checked this out.
I changed the IP from the node with issues to a other one (Not installed on bare metal). Worked just fine.
Now that I run the IP back to the node with issues, it still has the same issues. How can this be a server issue...
Quick update!
Got the WEB UI back running. Cant still start openVZ containers or anything.
First thing for me was backing up the stuff. Can anyone tell me whats wrong now? I installed every removed package.

I had some big issues with NFS, and somehow managed to delete
"apt-get remove nfs-common"
Now, the web UI is not responding, and even normal functions like "vzctl" or "qm" is not working.
Running
dpkg -l | grep pve
Output:
ii clvm 2.02.98-pve4...
