I just fixed mine thanks to another user on this forum. Basically I had to add the "no-subscription" repo and remove the enterprise repo. Updated everything and now it's working fine. Pumped up!
Ok, it wasn't showing up because I had disabled that "No valid subscription" dialog in code. I reverted the file to my backup, and now I can add the repo. Just rebooted and I can create VM's again. I LOVE YOU.
This seems to be something common lately as I'm having the same issue. Can't create a new VM because it keeps saying "Error: Aborting. Failed to wipe start of new LV."
I have checked my /dev/local-LVM and I see only disks for my other VMs, does not appear to be any orphans out there. I'm out...
