oh okay, so chroot would be no option for renting vps because disk size is unlimited and the vps can see all storages right?
Did you try to only use kvm? In theory this should work as well or not? I simply cannot explain me the high io activity of the jbd2 process
and thank you for you fast...
I have the same problem with the io delay, even after a fresh reinstall with proxmox 4.2 template of ovh it does not work. My lxc vms are in raw format. I read changing this to chroot helps, how to do that? If i backup and restore the vm in proxmox webinteface, i cannot choose the format.
Here the Output of /etc/network/interfaces when i do not enter the gateway:
And here ip route
You are right, when I have the gateway added on one network adapter it works. So now it is configured that it works :o
After having a more detailed look at the problem, I recognised that it is not fixed.
Here the error message:
root@srv02:~# pct set 1001 -net1 bridge=vmbr0,hwaddr=02:00:00:51:cd:b1,name=eth1,type=veth,ip=178.33.157.22/32,gw=149.202.210.254

I have some LXC Containers running. They run great but if I install on a vm (lxc) htop it shows the cpu cores of the host and not these assigned to the vm. Is there a possibility to hide the host cores and to show the cpu cores and load of the vm only?
Is there a solution for this problem? I am also getting no ticket error 401 for both of the already presented possibilities. My current code looks like this:
$vnc = $this->proxmox->api->post('/nodes/'.$this->proxmox->node.'/'.$this->virtualizationType.'/'.$this->vmID.'/vncproxy'...
Here the output of "pveversion -v":
And here the config file output with the wrong configured IP on net1:
After some tests I also noticed that the ip assignment works if the container is stopped but not if it is running.
Hello,
I am new with Proxmox and wanted to add a second static IP address to my LXC Container.
It is currently configured with the IP 178.33.157.22 and works great (bridged mode).
Now I was trying to add 178.33.157.21 and entered instead of net0 net1 and instead of eth0 eth1. But it does not...
