ich möchte eine VM auf einen anderen Knoten in meinem Verbund migrieren. Die beiden Laufwerke habe ich vorher auf die NAS verschoben (mittels Disk Aktionen).
Wenn ich nun die Migration starte bricht er sofort ab mit der Meldung, dass das Storage "disk" auf dem neuen Knoten nicht vorhanden...
Thanks for your help, system is running again. Reading the full journal helped to identify the problem - the disk ran out of free memory. Deleting some ISOs and old dump files solved all the problems.

after UNDO and restart the systemctl --failed is 3 items smaller

I think PVE services started (if without problems I don't know, but some of them started) until I enabled the false?? ZFS pool.

mit meiner PVE ist leider etwas passiert. Die VMs sind noch gelaufen, aber ein Login über Browser war nicht mehr möglich. Ich habe daraufhin den Server neu gestartet und bekam einen Fehler auf der Shell. Dürfte etwas mit ZFS Pool gewesen sein.

Mit Export und Import (OVA) konnte ich das Problem nun lösen, sollte nun THICK sein. Allerdings hab ich das VMDK und das flat.VMDK, mal schaun ob das funktioniert oder ob ich da ein gemeinsames VMDK benötige. Irgendwie sollte man ja aus beiden ein gemeinsames File generieren können
Meine Disk ist leider THIN und nicht THICK, hätte es ber VMKFTOOLS -j probiert, leider ohne Erfolg.

Habe nun BIOS auf Standard (Seabios) geändert, Windows beginnt zu booten, allerdings nur bis hierher:

Weiter habe ich es auch bei meinen vorigen Versuchen nie geschafft.
EFI Partition ist zumindest vorhanden. Wenn's doch kein UEFI ist, sollte ich im PVE dann also mit BIOS booten können. Das Versuch ich noch, stells wieder auf BIOS zurück
@jsterr Ich habe das nun genau nach deiner Anleitung versucht (Windows auf ESXi hat auch die EFI Partition).
Ich bekam aber beim einem der Startversuche mal die Meldung: no efidisk configured! Using temporary efivars disk.
Wenn ich das System nun boote, komme ich nur in die UEFI Interactive...
Systembackup funktioniert leider ned - nach 1min kommt "Klasse nicht registriert" dann bricht er ab. Da finde ich leider auch keinen Hinweis, wie ich das beheben kann.
