Dominic, Thank you for your continued interest. I do have intel: 32 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2665 0 @ 2.40GHz (2 Sockets). I'm still troubleshooting this issue. If I happen to solve it I will update this forum post. If you have any more questions or ideas please let me know.

I tried the following solution: https://expert-advice.org/windows-server/solution-for-error-event-id-10016-distributedcom/. It's going a little better; this time it loaded to 99% and froze. It didn't reset though. Tried it a second time and I got to 66% and froze again. Still searching.
