I've installed Ubuntu 18.04 "Bionic Beaver", with added minimal desktop at installtion

But at windows, installing the guest spice drivers fixes the issue and works like a charm? Why wouldnt the same count for linux? And sorry for being a linux noob, but how exactly would i go about finding my ubuntu version and desktop environment? :oops:

I cant resize why window in spice, and wanted to install SPICE vdagent and x.org QXL video driver from .tar files at spice-space. The install instructions explain to just ./configutre and then make? And i run 4.15.0-47 Ubuntu...i think o_O

FIXED!! Apparently connecting to proxmox via my global IP, instead of doing it locally was the reason it wouldnt launch :D

Hello guys :), I'm having an issue where my spice just gets stuck at "connecting to graphics server"? It puzzles me, because it worked just fine a couple of days ago o_O...does anyone know of this issue? If yes, i'd love to hear your answer /Thank you in advance, Peter

Hello again BobhnWasatch! :) What you wrote made complete sence, and thats also why it puzzles me, that i still cant seem to connect o_O. I've uploaded 4 images of my ports, where the router portforwarding is "well" know to me, and have hosted many things before, so im sure the error i somewhere...
