Can you show the VM configuration file that you use for those VMs (qm config )? Maybe those OSes require an ARM processor, which Proxmox does not really support (since it only runs on x86)? What Proxmox version are you using (pveversion -v)?

Das kann nicht sein. Du hast garantiert einen Pimox, was ein eigenes Projekt ist und offiziell nichts mit Proxmox zu tun hat. Wenn du deinen PVE bei Proxmox beziehst bekommst du den gar nicht auf ARM installiert. Da hättest du mal bei Pimox nachfragen müssen. ;)

@jatkins11 I used an Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server ARM64 ISO (from here) and chose a minimal installation with no GUI/desktop. After manually updating the OS I have converted the VM to a template.

Subscribing to the thread to get updates on ARM status for proxmox. Recently tried it and I'm very happy on how it works, but most of my homelab servers are arm, sadly, so I will sit here and wait. Happy to chime in some money to get this improvement moving.
