    local-lvm is thin provisioned and local is a directory, you can't move disks between those two systems. Don't know if, and if yes, how it's possible to shrink local and use that space to increase local-lvm.

    you can attach the vmbr0 to your openwrt and create a vmbr1 (Linux-Bridge) without a physical interface attached to it. You connect vmbr1 to all your internal VMs and CTs and have a separate private network.

    During install your only interface will be bound to vmbr0. That's where your IP sits for Proxmox management and is also the bridge you attach to all your VMs or CTs.

    To the same switch of course...weird question tbh. You could also configure a router with etherchannel, but you need a model with 3 ports or more then and it also has to be managed. What was your intention in the first place? Where did you wanted to connect the server to?

    Maybe if it's unmanaged, you could use the active-backup mode. In that case, the server uses only one connection and switches to the second one if port 1 is faulty.
