After upgrading to the 6.5 kernel I am always receiving emails from backup althought I selected on failure only. Known bug?

I was not able to find the pve-kernel-6.5 package. I have done an „apt update“ and an „apt list pve-kernel-6.5“. Was not able to find it

Okay so I have done it the wrong way - now a apt dist-upgrade is saying that everything is up to date. Any possiblitiy to get ZFS to 2.2.0 - maybe a apt install --reinstall ?

Have you tried to use the root@pam user? If not try this one. If this is successful you would need to grant the proper user rights to the dedicated backup user.

Then you would need to add the login details of your PBS at PVE. If you do not have specified a dedicated user it's usually root@pam and the password

PVE does currently have not any tested build for ARM architecture. You might find some online who took PVE and ported it to ARM but it's not officially supported - e.g: https://github.com/jiangcuo/Proxmox-Port
