How can I directly download some Windows files on the PBS management interface?

I found that PBS's data storage seems to only support direct online browsing and downloading of Linux files, not Windows. How can this issue be resolved?

PBS only supports downloading files from host/container backups. for VM contents, you need a PVE system (and limitations apply - there is a special restore VM used to access the contents, it needs to be supported by that).

The Proxmox BS is not a file server, so what is the issue?
So us it, as it is designed.
I backup my vm per day.I maybe delete some files , and can't recovery by FinalData etc.Restore from backup need restore full image is too heavy.I hope PBS if can load backup and download needed file.

No, you can download a file from the VM backup (in most cases), but from Proxmox VE UI, PBS does not have this feature and even if it has, it would not work for encrypted backups.
