tape open failed - open drive 'Drive1' failed - wait_until_ready failed - got timeout

getting this error when performing backup on tandberg neo xl tape library. Please suggest what can be the issue

i am not using any cleaning tape. problem is coming while writing data to tape using backup jobs

Ah yes, overlooked that, sorry. What PBS version are you running? There was some changes with proxmox-backup-server 3.4.1-1 to increase the timeout to 2h 5min if the drive is initializing [0]. Default timeout is 10 minutes.
