pveproxy.service will not start, can't access 8006

I can't access the 8006 webpage at the moment but the vps on it is still operational, I don't want to affect the vps, how can I get back to managing from the webpage to pve

Hey,

PVE 6 is at its EOL[1] since already almost 3 years, so the first thing I'd really recommend is updating your system. You can follow [2](PVE6 -> PVE7) and [3](PVE7 -> PVE8) for that. If you still face the same problem after the update, I'd be happy to help :)

Will updating your system vps stop working?
 
No, the update itself not, but given how out of date your system is you will very likely have to reboot the system once or twice since you will be installing new kernel versions and for those a reboot is really recommended.
