(SOLVED) Cant Upgrade from 4.x to 5.0

Hi, I have my server with version Virtual Environment 4.4-15/7599e35a, and we bought a subscription key, but when i try to run apt-get update i got this error:

I cant update my server.

Hi, thanks for your help, I was checking the repos files and the some repos were disable, I enable it again and everything worked fine, thanks again.
