how to stop ceph and uninstall it in the cluster

I see I made a mistake, answered quick to @benoitc and added a question for myself. But it seemed to be impossible to remove my post afterwards. Thanks for your kind remark. By the way, reconsider your answer to the question.

iSCSI target solution on Proxmox VE

On my Proxmox VE nodes I have almost 20TiB of ZFS storage. I want to create an iSCSI config over a ZFS-volume on all nodes. Then use these as storage devices on 1 VM or CT. Not on the CEPH pool... that is SSD based, I want it for back-up. I am looking for the best iSCSI target solution to...

[SOLVED] VM crash by limited storage for vzdump

Thank you Dominik, I know. But what I wanted to emphasize is, that the VM became frozen, that was not expected. As one of the disks is 1.2 TB, the size limit of the backup-pool was reached sooner. At daytime we just did not notice the size problem, we focused on the VM problem.

[SOLVED] VM crash by limited storage for vzdump

[SOLVED] proxmox VE 6.0-4 zfs root ends in busybox

After succeful installation of PVE 6 on raidz1 with 4x SATA HDD, the boot stranded in busybox. It appeared to be enough to enter: "zpool import -N rpool" followed by "exit" to proceed to PVE. Then I edited /etc/kernel/cmdline and added "rootdelay=10" to the only textline in this file. After this...

[SOLVED] proxmox VE 6.0-4 zfs root ends in busybox

That worked ! I made a movie using the RMC (Remote Management Controller), but that might be too big to post. I will try to get the specific output as close as possible, leading to this problem, as also some machine info. Thank you very much, getting more and more convinced that my choice to go...
