I have exactly the same problem with version 3.1 - 5695.
We are hosting Proxmox Mail GW, and after upgrading to this version, we heard complaints from customers.
Maybe we can just add the domain as *.domain.tld to include subdomains?
I hope there is a fix or an explanation comming up...
Ad 1.) How long time will Proxmox hold mails in transit to servers which are not responding?
I know it's possible to set the "Delay Warning Time (hours)" in Configuration\Mail Proxy\Options, but I can't see how many hours Proxmox will hold mails in it's queue, and try to deliver.
I have a similar question, which seems highly relevant, and for which I cannot find an answer in the documentation nor in this forum.
I recently upgraded a customers Proxmox server to HA with 2 nodes. The customer also want to use fail over (and maybe simpel loadbalancing) when Proxmox delivers...
