qemu-img not working correctly with vmdk file (since PVE3.2)

Still not working. The original qemu-utils from the official Debian Wheezy repository does work: https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/qemu-utils

    Automated screendump of KVM machines?

I'm trying since hours to get the output of a virtual machine (KVM) automated. For this I'm trying to use the integrated "screendump" command of KVM, but I'm not able to execute it somehow automated. I was using QMP (Which is created by default), but all commands I found in the web aren't...

The PVE kernel is based on the OpenVZ kernel, which is based on RHEL kernel, which is based on Linux. And this kernel is being used by the most distributions like Debian and Ubuntu. Only because PVE kernel is based on OpenVZ, it doesn't mean that the Proxmox team isn't updating the drivers of...

qemu-img not working correctly with vmdk file (since PVE3.2)

Sorry, but I don't want to share the .ova file with the public, because it's a sort of an evalution-version of an Firewall and it's not allowed to share it freely. May I send you the link to the file via PM? I just can say, that on a PVE setup from a friend without subscription it's possible to...

The kernel of PVE supports by default pretty much different drivers, so there's a high chance, that your hardware will be supported. Else you've to compile the PVE kernel yourself (Maybe there's also a other way like making a kernel module. Sadly I don't know.) Yes, such antivirus scanning is...

    HTML5 Console instead of java?

An HTML5 client would be really awesome, Java is mostly just annoying.

Since Proxmox 3.2 converting the vmdk file to qcow2 format isn't working correctly anymore... With 1.4.2 it seems to work.
