I used traceroute from Mac terminal and from the router with no response. I have two instance of Windows 10 VM and the other one would respond to ping and tracerote. From the Windews 10 that cant be pinged, I can ping other computers from it. Looks like its a one way thing.
From the console I can ping the computer that I use for remote access but the remote computer can't ping the VM. From the remote computer I can access Proxmox, other VM. The OS is Win10 and I double check that remote access is turned on.
I installed debian just to test the network to ensure not a hardware issue. Network card tested good.
Reinstalled Proxmox and set a IP
After reboot, network is down. Using "ip link set enp2s0 up" to being up the network.

I am not sure where the system gets vmbr0. It may be left over from the previous install which is on a NUC. I thought I did a clean install. I am going to just use gparted boot usb to wipe the drive and start over.
