bump, I have the same exact issue, on a Dell R320 Server

I have Proxmox VE 8.0 installed on a Dell R720XD, and I have a Coral TPU M.2 B+M key device on PCI to M.2 adapter with a SATA cable attached to it and connected to one of the R720XD SATA ports on the motherboard, and I was wondering where I can find that device in order passthrough it to a VM...
