Solution for us was very simple, just click on "Whitelist" in Daily Spam Report e-mail on users computer. However, after "Whitelist" action this e-mail was in whitelist and delivered to the user.

Hello! How I can restore an e-mail for user, who false blacklist action an e-mail in his "Daily Spam Report". It was possible to find e-mail with grep in /var/spool/pmg/cluster/1/spam/4B/1002FB65E72468DAF4B. How to whitelist and deliver this e-mail to recipient?
