Solution for us was very simple, just click on "Whitelist" in Daily Spam Report e-mail on users computer. However, after "Whitelist" action this e-mail was in whitelist and delivered to the user.

How I can restore an e-mail for user, who false blacklist action an e-mail in his "Daily Spam Report".
It was possible to find e-mail with grep in /var/spool/pmg/cluster/1/spam/4B/1002FB65E72468DAF4B.
How to whitelist and deliver this e-mail to recipient?
I think I've found a solution. The network device names have change from enp59s0f2 to ens1f0.
So I put all config setting from enp* to ens* nic, set bond0 to "ovs_bonds ens1f0 eno3". All enp* network settings was removed from configuration.
After reboot no more issue about promiscuous mode in...
Ok, I installed and started first node with proxmox-kernel-6.5.11-7, unfortunately no success. Dell Firmware for Marvell FastLinQ 41000 series Ethernet is also updated to v. 16.15.08.
Journalctl hat same issue.
I don't use a special driver for NIC's. It's Dell R640 server.
An old pve-kernel is not istalled and I don't have it in the boot option. which version of old pve-kernel should I try?

no, it was no network warnings during the upgrade. I had issue only for /etc/issue and /etc/lvm/lvm.conf.
