It's also affecting things like pct fstrim.

I see, makes sense,
It is a lot of files, but generally large ones, so would make sense that it takes a long time
I might have to reconsider backing up all that data then, it's all mostly replaceable :p
Danke!
LXC Backups from my spinning rust RAID1 to a spinning rust RAID10 are ridiculously slow.

Ah that's it! /dev/zvol/RAID1/encrypted/vm-100-disk-0 is a symlink to /dev/zd64, and I can just mount /dev/zd64p1 like a normal disk partition,
You learn somethin new everyday!
Vielen dank für eure Hilfe!
Yeah I probs should, /mnt is just my default,
It's just the one partition on there, but you could be right. I'm mounting the disk container rather than the partition maybe,
Any idea how I'd select the partition?
Main reason I want to avoid going via network is both storages are capable of...
Hiya,
I'm attempting to migrate one of my VMs to an LXC container,
The VM has a ~8TB ZVOL disk attached to it, and I want to move all the data on there into the LXC container
I'd like to avoid using SMB/NFS/iSCSI to do it, instead I'd like to mount the ZVOL to the host or the LXC and copy the...
I've got a VM which keeps resetting efivars on cold boot, resulting in it trying to boot from CD->PXE->HTTP and then finally HDD,
It does have an EFI disk, which I've tried recreating across a couple different storage pools to no effect.
Each time i recreate it, I add a boot entry, change the...
All good I'm just a colossal idiot.
I run a PBS for a friend on my home network, which is where i was testing this leaseweb server from.
On my router i forgot to set the Dst. Address flag in the NAT rule, so all traffic on 8007 was redirecting to their pbs under my network.
I've got a server from leaseweb with PVE 7 on it, attached to the public facing ip
I'm using the PVE firewall to manage incoming connections, and the masquerading nat to provide a NAT for my containers and vms
As an LXC guest I'm running PBS 2, but I can't seem to get it to accept on port...
