VM Public Network Setup & Best Practices

I have my new proxmox install running and wanted to get feedback if I am networking my VMs correctly. My server has 4 NICs and I have eno1 going into my local network for proxmox ve and eno2 setup for my VMs going directly to my pool of static IPs. So... eno1 ~> switch ~> USG ~> ISP & eno2 ~>...
