Meanwhile I was able to solve the issue myself. Problem was simple, Docker version included in Debain 10 is outdated completely. Upgrading in LXC to latest Docker-CE edtion fixed the problems: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/debian/

Similiar problem here, my Windows VM got a new VirtIO-NIC configured to use DHCP,which replaced the static IP configured NIC. Result: Server was unreachable.

Moin, die Ursache der aktuellen Docker Probleme (LXC Docker) scheint auch Probleme mit OpenVPN in LXC zu bereiten. Der VPN Server selbst kann noch erreicht werden, das Netz dahinter (SNAT) aber nicht. Workaround ist auch hier ein Downgrade von lxc-pve: apt install lxc-pve:amd64=4.0.3-1
