    This is not a RDX problem but a HDD issue in general! That's why SSDs are recommended for PBS. With another solution like Veeam Backup those RDX-HDDs can write 130MB/s easily. You could try to use RDX-SSDs if you have some.

    Das ist schlicht falsch! Man bekommt zwar in der VM (im Taskmanager z.B.) nur den Basis-Takt angezeigt, aber der Turbo arbeitet trotzdem.

    Edited my post because it is using the "igb" driver and that's fine. You can unload the driver again with rmmod ixgbe

    The card should work with the "ixgbe" driver. Try modprobe ixgbe and then have a look with ip a again.

    You created a disk for VM103 with 715GB. Without Thin it allocated 715GB. It's just using 303GB but it takes the full size on your disk. Same for VM107. 100GB created, in use almost 39GB, but on disk it allocated 100GB. Without moving to another storage you only can do a backup, remove those 2...
