    Hi poetry, I use it adding a different word on subject depending on what list it has been blocked. Then forwarding a notice to me so I can check if I'll release it or not. Now, detecting according to the hits - meaning the score? That I don't know if it's possible. Thanks,

    In that case you have many messages in the queue! Your PMG is set to itsupport.kz but not mail.itsupport.kz, add it to Configuration > Mail Proxy > Transports. Thanks,
