As far i'm concerned, your vmbr0 is not linked to a physical network, thus, will not work.

Proxmox is "behind" the firewall. Don't know if its the best practice, but its working fine.

Pfsense for inbound and outbound connections
PVE firewall for local comunication
Also you can checkout to use nic passtrought, if desired
As described in other topics, its a best practice to do not use proxmox and pfsense using one physical interface (eno4 in you case). Because pfsense can lost sometimes (we experienced this, and then you would need to restart pfsense.)
