    I confirm the issue. qemu 6.1.1 does not fix the issue. I just created a post with this problem and it was deleted.

    Сloud init is completely broken on Proxmox. Debian 10 from Debian Official Cloud Images, and Ubuntu 18.04 images from Ubuntu Cloud Images.
