I see new proxmox release comes with no swap volume. In case i need swap, i see two methods to get it:
make zvol, e.g. /rpool/swap like in older PVE installation
during installation stage leave empty space and then do swap of a mirror of this partitions

I've encountered this BSOD on 2012R2 guest with virtio drivers 141. System is fresh-installed. It concerns both installation from latest ISO and latest kernel upgrade.
