After a night of automatic backups and jobs it all seems to work well.
THe only thing not working is the S3 Refresh option.

Last note,in the pbs dashboard the Datastore Usage of the S3 datastore is showing the size of the cache, not the actual size of the used S3 storage.

THe only thing not working is the S3 Refresh option.

As stated before, this is under further investigation and most likely related to the API listing the dir as object in the results. For the time being you have to workaround this by doing the refresh manually as suggested. You should not need to do a S3 refresh if the system operates normally.
