I am planning to create a DC and DR setup for my org on proxmox need some help what will be the best planning and how to proceed
also need to understand
Proxmox and deduplication

Proxmox Backup Server is the answer, if you want to use other backup software, please ask in their respective forums.

It is also highly advised to use a Proxmox consultant for commercial best practices which also helps with implementation.

EDIT: typos

This is for a commercial setup, right? And you are starting from scratch, without much experience, right?

If both is true you need either an external consultant (as @LnxBil already mentioned) or a lot of time.

You mentioned "DR", Desaster Recovery. For me this includes some High-Availability, which leads to a) a Cluster, and b) fundamentals like ECC Ram, redundant storage, redundant network setup and redundant power supplies.

The whole shebang is nothing you will grasp during a weekend. And it is nothing we can fully describe here, in a forum of volunteers ;-)

"Proxmox and deduplication" leads to Proxmox-Backup-Server, not to Proxmox-Virtual-Environment - and it is highly recommended. @leesteken posted the links to the documentation.

Whatever you do: have fun! PVE is a great and powerful product :)

If you can get some used computers you may build a test-lab before spending "real" money. The software is freely available :)
