I have a HPE DL380 GEN9 with 3Tb ram, 491 Tb in storage and am having issues installing proxmox to it, anyone have any tips. (My UPS failed and surged one of my small NAS which stored OS for my ftp, and I'm having issues restarting the ftp)

Need to be more specific on installation issues.
I have successfully installed Proxmox 9 on Dell PowerEdge R730s (all R730s are updated with latest firmware) which is equivalent to a HPE DL380 GEN9. I did have to enable X2APIC and I/OAT DMA in the UEFI/BIOS though.
I use Balena Etcher to install Proxmox 9 install ISO on a USB drive.

Alright thanks. I have a 2 R730s on my rack that are inactive so if my dl380 is still being a bi### I'll try it on the r730
i have a R730XD, latest Proxmox run without issues, what is the problem with the DL380?????
I solved the issue, I had a separate OS on it prior to this and a few configs were changed for that OS and it was preventing it from installing proxmox.
