Why do you need to change otherwise? All it mostly does is expose PCIe so you can assign PCIe devices directly (like a GPU etc) You can always clone it and see what happens.. Reactions: jsterr

Windows OS-Selection in the vm wizard defaults to q35 so changing it might bring some benefits in performance even though your not using pci-pt?
