Hi all-
Proxmox 7.4 (yeah, I know) running on a Dell T5810.
This card is NOT the console card for the host.
I followed the homelabstarter doc on passthrough and have it working on other GPUs and VMs.

IOMMU is enabled
drivers are blacklisted
Cards are listed in vfio conf file
"lspci -nnk -s" shows vfio-pci driver is in use
All 4 options are checked on pci-passthough.
I'm using the R.ID drivers for vega 56 in a win11 VM. The card is seen w/ gpuid when I'm using the proxmox vConsole for the VM using Moonlight/Sunbeam, but when I remove the vConsole (set it to "none") and connect via moonlight, I just get a black screen.
This card has no video output, so I can't use a dummy plug.
Lost cause? I saw others have used this card for gaming, I'm hoping to do the same.
Thanks all!

i don't have any experience with that exact card, but it having no display output probably means you have to install some virtual display driver.
since you're on windows you could try to use apollo (https://github.com/ClassicOldSong/Apollo) which is a sunshine fork with extra features like a virtual display
