my device wont detect my hard drive

So when i go to make a new VM it wont detect my hard drive with all my iso's on them

EDIT: in the gui of when i create a vm it wont show my internal hard drive

At the very least you need to provide outputs of:
cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg
pvesm status

lsblk -o+FSTYPE,LABEL,MODEL and df -hT would also be very useful to see.

A VM detect never every real hardware. if you use proxmox ve, you gave your vm virtual hardware, so some storage, ram and some CPU core.

I believe OP is stuck in the GUI widget of VM creation or an "add ISO" widget. They are expecting to see their ISO storage and do not. I.e. this is not related to in-VM operations or hardware.

Most likely OP did not mark their storage as ISO capable or did not place the ISO in the correct path. Of course I could be wrong as the problem description was extremely terse.
