In the database it looks like that:

|*@example.com|WL|*@microsoft.com|1772110006
|*@example.com|BL | |1772110006

I am asking if this is correct, because in Spam quarentine there was a Mail from @microsoft.com but it got caught by a mailing list, so far its clear what happend.

But when I marked them and hit "Deliver" no mails got delivered, but I got this message:
Code:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 <mark@example.com>: Recipient address
    rejected: Blacklisted

And the message got lost!(?)

But when I marked them and hit "Deliver" no mails got delivered, but I got this message:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 <mark@example.com>: Recipient address rejected: Blacklisted
hm - that response code does not look like it's coming from a regular PMG - maybe check the logs of the mailserver that should have received the message.

else - yes the message is gone (technically it is still on the disk as long as the quarantine life-time of the message has not expired) in general - once a mail is rejected with a permanent error-code (5xx) it is dropped in general.

I hope this helps!

@Forum mod, I got in the wrong forum can this thread be moved to the English section?
