once Legacy BIOS selected,
don't forget to set Boot order too.
VirtIO v285 does not support 2012 r2, use older version like v173.

What does mean "I can't enter"? It is not possible to select the first option or not possible to select any option?

I don't understand the connection between original problem with installing WinSever 2012 R2 and with creating Win 10.
Are you able to install WinServer 2012 R2? Is it working now?
What it means "I can't create Win 10"? Can you better explain what you are doing and where it not works?
By the way both mentioned Win systems isn't regularly supported now so should not use them.
