Yes - we recommend disabling Bayes for a while now - if you get many false positives - I'd recommend to check our Getting Started page in the wiki (and all pages linked from there): https://pmg.proxmox.com/wiki/Getting_started_with_Proxmox_Mail_Gateway The recommendations there should help you get a setup which works well in most cases.
