Adding storage to Datacenter

I have to host in a cluster and want to add 1 SAN

When I run fdisk -l

I can see the SAN storage
Then I am creating the physical volume, which works fine and says successfully created, but when I try to display it, it shows nothing
Even when creating a volume group, it says created successfully, but when I run vgdisplay, it shows nothing

Would appreciate any help.

Your question is more related to PVE part of the forum than PDM
I recommend opening a thread there. Do include as much relevant technical information as possible. For example:
lsblk
fdisk -l
pvs
vgs
lvs
pvesm status
cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg
