Server and VM sporadic unresponsiveness

Hi,

I've been trying for close to a year to id a problem that is affecting one of my proxmox machines.

• The machine runs proxmox 8.4.11 on IP 192.168.1.201.
• One of the VM is a Win10 running on 192.168.1.209 with some shared folders.
• Every now and then I lose access to both the proxmox machine and the Win10 VM via IP. I'm able to shut down gracefully the server with a light bottom push but when I restart the machine I see no error code on the log.

The error is sporadic and AFAIK not easy to replicate so I'm looking for advice on how to move forward with identification and (hopefully) fixing.

So get new hardware change, your drives change, your network configuration and test again

Sorry, do you mean I start changing hardware, drives, network config, etc?
