Can't use my mouse and keyboard in VM

Hey,
After booting into a Windows Server 2008 32-bit image, I cannot use my mouse or keyboard.
I have disabled the “use tablet for pointer” setting.

Any ideas ?

just through VNC? Or did you pass-through the UBS port you have the peripherals connected to?

through the VNC ! I don't have access to the server . I am not located on the same site
