Replicate whole data center to another physical server

Can I transfer/clone all of this to another physical server?

Including the ProxmoxVE configuration or just the lxcs + vms? For the VMs and LXCs you have pve-zsync and the remote-migrate commands of the pct and qm cli tools:

Hi, it is possible to migrate between nodes wich are not in a cluster. (That's one of the points of PDM)
