Have you looked "behind the scenes" to see if the volume is there?

pvesm status
pvesm list nas31lvm
Being that it's called "nas" - is it based on external storage? Is it up?

sorry for the late reply. i was busy and struggling to recover the data from that nas. anyway
The node is connected to nas via iscsi and i created an lvm on top of it. it was working for the longest time then suddenly after proxmox update and node reboot lvm got disconnected and i wasnt able to reconnect it. so i end up removing the whole nas and recover the data using a third party vendor.
