4) No ethernet cable, the ethernet port is fucked on my laptop. Thanks!

Proxmox VE requires a network connection and does not support WiFi. You can setup WiFi manually (search this forum and the Wiki) but it is much easier to do (like downloading additional software packages for WiFi) when you have a working network connection. Maybe use a USB Ethernet controller if your network port is broken.

Possibly, it's Linux under the hood so maybe you can find a guide on the internet. It would probably also require downloading additional software packages, which is cumbersome when you need to do it manual and transfer it on a USB stick. Maybe search the forum a bit about this.

nvm i connected it to ethernet using an adapter and it does not work either help

You need to setup your network configuration (lots of threads about that too): https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#sysadmin_network_configuration . Maybe reinstall and select a static IP address for your Proxmox host within your local network (make sure it is outside of the DHCP range of your router)?
wait a sec, am i supposed to assign a dhcp static ip from within the config settings of my modem or use any outside the range?.

Edit changed the range and now the one selected on my proxmox configs is available
