[SOLVED] Windows VM high unreported RAM usage

As the title says, i have a Tiny10 VM that has an arc A310 passed through to it. I have used Chris Titus's debloat on it in standard mode as well as Microsoft Activation Script. Both Windows and Proxmox report the RAM usage. The problem is that task manager doesn't say what is using all of the RAM. It doesnt matter if i give the VM 4gig or the current 6 gig it will just use all of it. Screenshots are attached. Any help greatly appreciated

Edit: Problem fixes it's self as the vm runs

Windows will attempt to use all the available memory for various caches including file caches. If you need the resources on your host, use the balloon driver or reduce the assignment.

And yes, caches etc are no longer visible in Task Manager.

Passing a PCI device into a VM requires that all VM memory be preallocated on startup because such devices can do DMA to or from any memory address.

Thank you for your input, turning ballooning off in the VM's config has fixed the issue.
