Hi.

I have PMG 7.3-3 and i can't receive mail from our partners, because it is blocked with "550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [136.143.188.12] blocked using block.ascams.com;".
I checked the sender's SPF records and realized that they were sending emails using the mailing service. I do not want to add all ranges of IP addresses of the mailing service to the Configuration - Mail Proxy - Whitelist exceptions. Adding the sender's domain to these exceptions does not work, and emails continue to be blocked.

Is there any way to add an exception to the sender's domain name verification mechanism?

No, when a DNSBL hit is found the mail server blocks communications before any domain information is shared.
Can you tell me, what other options are there for blocking and allowing senders besides adding the entire ip list of the mailing service?
